Delete your House of Faith account
You can permanently delete your House of Faith account from inside the app. Account deletion removes your profile and associated personal content.
Delete from the app
- Open House of Faith and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your account profile, saved prayers, journal entries, conversations, preferences, and other associated in-app content from active use.
Some limited records may be kept when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, billing, or compliance purposes. Where this applies, we keep those records only for as long as the applicable obligation requires — generally no longer than the periods set by tax and financial-recordkeeping law (typically up to 7 years) — after which they are deleted.
Need help?
If you cannot access your account, email info@houseof.faith from the email address on your account and ask us to help with account deletion. You do not need to reinstall or re-download the app to request deletion this way — email is sufficient, and we verify your identity using the email address on your account before deleting.
